Project Details
Janaadhar Shubha, First affordable housing complex in India. The Janaadhar India Pvt. Ltd being a promoter of this project, designed the affordable housing of 325 sqft 1 BHK 425 units & 650 sqft 2 BHK units.

1 BHK flats are designed with low rise G+4 floor in 9 Towers, whereas 2 BHK are designed with G+10 floors in 10 Towers.

Melgiri has been appointed as MEPF contractor to execute Phase I & II MEPF Works at Janaadhar Shubha campus which is spread around in 11 acres.

Melgiri executed the following services in the Janaadhar Shubha Phase I & II.

- Electrical: 4 MW Power sanction, Power tapping from Attibele substation, campus Infra work and internal works
- Plumbing: All tower internal plumbing works, Infrastructure plumbing works
- Fire Suppression System: Hydrant system
- FA System: Melgiri was given a chance to implement the cost-effective and adorable design changes to suit the site by the JIPL. It was a privilege to work with the reputed architectural firm Venkataraman Associates, Bangalore, and their consultants.

The project is being completed in 2018 and it is serving happy 800 Nos of Happy families.
